  • Shopping Experience Survey: We will help capture consumers’ thoughts and feelings about their expectations when interacting with a brand both online and offline. From this data, we will be able to set a baseline in which we can pinpoint where your brand is positioned.
  • Mystery Shopper: By assigning a group of selected individuals to shop from your brand both online and offline, we will be able to measure the quality of your sales and service and the whole shopping experience. We will help you gather data at specific touch points (e.g. inquire about products on social media, raising a complaint in the physical store, etc) and ask the shoppers to rate their experience. We will assign 10 online and 5 offline mystery shoppers.
  • Recommendation and Action Plan: We will write a report based on the data we gather from the survey and mystery shoppers and propose action plans. Acting on the insight we collect will help you improve the experience for both your current and future customers.

Product Research and Development

Walking alongside brands from ideation stage to inception all the way to growth, we help you discover untapped product and service opportunities, all via our customer-centric approach.

  • Product ideation: Weekly meetings (up to 90 minutes) with our consultants to discuss everything about your new product(s), from ingredients, to product type, to pricing strategy. The possibility is endless. Following the 4th week, we will summarize everything and send the suggestion for product lineup, key ingredients, product hero identification and product development roadmap.
  • Product Iteration: When you have your first prototype, our three Venasthree of Venas consultants will evaluate the product. At the end of the period, you will receive feedback and recommendation about the product, including sensory experience, packaging, and formulation.
  • Product Testing: Before the products are launched, we will conduct a user experience testing phase to 5 people (based on the target market) and will summarize their feedback and insight on sensory experience, packaging, formulation, and brand communications/message.
